Rebuilding the NP 421 Transfer Case

Not as heavy as the Cast iron 205 in my one ton, but still heavy. And MESSY.

This shows the ORD Heavy Duty Poly Transfer Case/ Transmission mount. MUCH better than the old one.

New pan gasket and filter.

While I was at it, I also did both u-joints in the driveshaft.
